I learned that in order to become resilient, I needed to develop a Web of Support with at least 5 caring adults who could guide me. If I had one wish, it would be that every kid could learn about the Web of Support and feel like they belong.

Kaleidoscope Connect's evidence-supported Integrative Youth Development (IYD)™ framework, principles, and practices have the power to change the trajectory of a student's life. It measures and assesses seven key metrics, what we refer to as “phactors,” of a youth’s developmental ecology—that is, the nature of the youth themselves and the surrounding world that affects them. We work alongside youth and adults to build a support network that cultivates caring and connected schools and communities.

Through our services, we support individuals, schools, and communities in effectively implementing and measuring sustainable practices that empower youth to reach their potential, contribute to their communities, and achieve their dreams.

The result? Resilient youth, equipped with the skills, attitudes, values, and confidence they need to thrive amid life’s challenges.
