Full Color Workplace: Retention and Resilience

Organizations that support youth often struggle to retain and support their staff and volunteers. When team members feel stretched beyond their capacity, they disengage—able to do their jobs only as long as they can, not as long as they want. This session introduces strategies to foster supportive workplace practices and personal resilience. Participants will gain tools to build healthy boundaries, strengthen relationships with youth and peers, and create support systems that help them thrive in challenging roles.
