A customized systemic approach to resilience is within your reach and a necessity! No Shame, No Blame, No Judgment: A New Take on Bullying Prevention - March 10, 1:40-2:40 p.m. EST
Many methods for bullying prevention are “band-aids” to a deeper, root cause that will resurface. Bullying prevention efforts should be spent to support the social-emotional and mental health of the bully. Participants will interactively explore the reasons youth show bullying behavior and some of the researched strategies that can better address each of those individual student’s needs.

Resilience is about having the ability and capacity to bounce back from adversity. Our ability to rebound affects how our unique body-mind “machine” of integrated systems operates - how we learn, how we interact with other people and our environment, how we act, how we make choices, etc.
Brightways Learning, in partnership with Transition Alaska, is offering an engaging, no-cost virtual workshop entitled The Empowered Mind that will delve into how the brain makes decisions and can develop new skills and behaviors.
