Refund and Return Policy.
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Brightways Learning online store at brightwayslearning.org/shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 We accept returns of all new products purchased directly from our Store.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
1.4 Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund.
2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
2.3 Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3.2 If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. In such cases, Brightways Learning will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
4.1 We only accept returns of new, unused items. Slightly used or opened products are not eligible for return.
4.2 Digital products are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
5.1 To request a return, please contact us at connect@brightwayslearning.org and include your order number and a description of the product(s) you wish to return.
5.2 We will provide return instructions and any necessary authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

6.1 Brightways Learning reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the date of posting.
