Webs of Support: Strengthening Student Success Through Culturally Rooted Relationships

This session will showcase how relationship-building strategies foster belonging, resilience, and leadership. Presenters will introduce the Full-Color Webs of Support™ framework and illustrate how PHlight Club events create meaningful opportunities for youth to build connections, develop leadership skills, and strengthen their support systems. Youth Webmasters—who have participated in and now co-lead PHlight Clubs—will share how strengthening their Webs has helped them develop their own resilience, navigate challenges, and build confidence.
