The Heart of the Connected Classroom: Relational Strategies for Academic Success (HYBRID)

Educators will learn how to strengthen their positive influence by building trust, reducing power struggles, and communicating high expectations with care. Strategies such as closing the power gap and promoting psychological safety help create an environment where students feel respected, supported, and motivated to engage. These relational practices are particularly effective in improving behavior, increasing cooperation, and supporting learners across different grade levels and developmental needs. You’ll walk away with ready-to-use routines that support both you and your students, ensuring that your classroom is a place where mutual trust and clear expectations empower every student to thrive.
