Educators’ Confluence 2025

In June, nearly 80 educators and school leaders gathered at Fairmont Hot Springs, Montana, for the Brightways Educators’ Confluence. The event created space for participants to step away from their daily responsibilities, connect with peers, and gather fresh ideas to bring back to their classrooms and communities.

Throughout the Confluence, educators engaged in thoughtful conversations, shared experiences, and explored practical strategies they could immediately apply in their work. The focus on connection and reflection offered a refreshing reset and a chance to learn alongside others who understand the challenges and rewards of education.

Participants left feeling recharged, encouraged, and supported by a strong learning community. As one educator shared,

The Educators’ Confluence continues to be a meaningful opportunity for educators to renew their energy, strengthen relationships, and return to their schools inspired to make a positive difference for students each day.
