ADVOCATE
These adults protect and stand up for others, usually the hurt or ignored. Advocates ask us to make our opinions clearer and size up our conclusions. They tend to understand systems - like institutions and communities. They work to compel people to live into their values and principles.
ARTIST
These adults have been gifted with creativity in one or more of the arts, including music, visual art, choreography, and theater. They have a keen eye for beauty, even in places and ways that may be overlooked by others. The Artist also finds greater reward in a process than in the results of that process.
CHAMPION
These adults are gifted with strength, mental focus, and stamina. They do the work that stretches them to reach new levels of growth. Champions may practice yoga, rock climbers, dancers, or runners – though not restricted to “athletes”.
EXPLORER
These adults are driven by what lies beyond the horizon. They want to discover, uncover, and see what can’t yet be seen.

These adults joke and often make fun of themselves. They play, entertain, amuse, and wake people up by adding energy to those around them.
LEADER
These adults gather people around them who follow their ideas, teachings, and directions. Leaders are focused on relationships. They quickly gain people’s trust to follow their vision and inspire people to stay motivated and achieve a task.

These adults lay the foundation for social connectedness. Nurturers care for and comfort others. They offer food, drink, and a safe place. They are good listeners and huggers, and they can smooth out the rough edges of life.
